سطح سرمی لپتین در کودکان مبتلا به آسم

Abstract

The aim of this study is evaluation of leptin level in children with asthma and its relation with treatment. Material and methodes: In a case control study,along 15 month, 50 childeren below 12 yrs with asthma and 50 healthy childeren below 12 yrs that were selected by age , sex,weight,height matched without acute and chronic inflammatory disease or infections that had no drug using history as control group was evaluated in pediatric department of Tabriz. Measurement of serum leptin was done with ELISA method and compared between two groups. Results: The leptin level in patients with asthma was 29.60 29.25 and in control group was 6.34 6.52 respectively which was significantly higher in the case group (P<0.001). Mean of serum leptin level in patients with good response to treatment was 9.26 10.90, in patient with moderate response to treatment was 22.74 21.12 and in patient with poor response to treatment was 40.01 29.25 that significantly was higher in pateints with poor response to treatment (P=0.004) , هدف از این مطالعه بررسی سطح سرمی leptin در کودکان مبتلا به آسم میباشد. مواد و روشها: در یکیکطالعهی میرد شاهدی 5ی کودک زکر ی2 سال با تشخیص یسم و 50 کودک زکر ی2 سال سالم که کز نظر سن، جنس، وزن و قد با گروه اول همسان بودند بدون داشتن بیمایی حید یا یزمن التهابی یی یفونی یی یابقهی مصیف دارو، طی مدی 15 ماه در مرکز آکوزشی دریانی کویککن کبریز بیرسی شدید. سطح سرمیlepیin در هر گروه به روش الیزا یندازهگیری شی ی مقادیرثبتیشده بین دویگروه مقایسه گیدید. #ی#@#نتایج: #ی#@#سطح leptin در گروه مورد 25/296/29 و در گروه شاهد 52/634/6 بود که بهکطور معنیدارییدر گیوه بیمار(مورد) بیشتر بید. (001/0P<) میانگینیسطحیسرمی leptیn در بیمارانیبا پاسخ خوب به درمان 90/1026/9 بود و در بیمارانیبا پاسخ متوسط به درمان 12/2174/22 و در بیمارانیبا پاسخ ضعیف به یرمان 25/2901/40 بود که به کور معنیداری یر بییاران یا پاسخ ضعیف به دیمان، بیشتر بوی.(004/0P=)
