بررسی وجود هلیکوباکتر پیلوری در آب مشروب شهرستان تبریز به روش PCR

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate treated water distribution systems and drinking water in Tabriz as a source of Helicobacter pylori. In cross sectional descriptive study in Tabriz medical university in 2010 water samples of different places of water distribution systems were surveyed. Selective samples were take from 20 place of Tabriz city and H.pylori were detected by PCR assays. PCR results of this survey in all samples were negative and there was no positive samples. Gene of H.pylori including 16s rRNA according to our testes in drinking water samples were not detected., هدف از این مطالعه بررسی سیستم توزیع آب تصفیه شده و آب آشامیدنی تبریز از نظر منبع هلیکوباکترپیلوری بود. در یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال89 نمونه های آب از محل های مختلف سیستم توزیع آب ارزیابی شد. نمونه های انتخابی از 20 محل مختلف تبریز تهیه شد و هلیکوباکترپیلوری با روش PCR مورد ردیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج PCR در مورد ارزیابی تمام نمونه ها منفی بود و هیچ نمونه مثبتی وجود نداشت و ژن هلیکوباکترپیلوری شامل 16s rRNA بر اساس تست های ما در مورد نمونه آب مشروب مشاهده نشد.
