شکایات شایع و تشخیص نهائی مراجعین به اورژانس بیمارستان کودکان تبریز

Abstract

The prevalence of diseases are different according to age and sex and race and geography and season and time and and this has caused researchers and healthcare custodians to evaluate and statistically analyze their area diseases and update them sometimes and it is clear that these results have multiple positive impacts on treatment task and medical teaching task and apparently a simple study will cause much save in time and also in costs of dealing with patients and in addition to these will increase the doctors ability in dealing with signs and symptoms. The patients who came the emergency department of Tabriz children hospital and admitted, were entered our study and due to number of clients, 375 patients were estimated as our sample, that entered our study. The patients whose final diagnosis was not clear were excluded from study. Among studied complaints, the most common complaint was seizure with 91 cases and then diarrhea and vomiting with 71 cases and cough with 57 cases were in next degrees. Nervous system related diseases (105 cases, 28%) had the most prevalence among our diseases and 86.6% of these cases were different seizure types. Respiratory diseases with 21% and digestive diseases with 16% were in second and third degrees and infectious diseases included 12% of diseases (except respiratory and digestive infections).The most referring to emergency was in the second half of year and nights have had the most patients., هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی شکایات شایع و تشخیص نهائی مراجعین به اورژانس بیمارستان کودکان تبریز می باشد.بیمارانی که به اورژانس بیمارستان کودکان تبریز مراجعه کرده و بستری شده بودند در مطالعه ما وارد شدند و با توجه به تعداد مراجعین 375 بیمار به عنوان نمونه جهت بررسی برآورد شد که وارد مطالعه شدند. بیمارانی که تشخیص نهایی انها مشخص نبود از مطالعه خارج شدند. از بین شکایات بررسی شده شایعترین شکایات تشنج بود که 91 مورد بوده است و اسهال و استفراغ با تعداد 71 مورد و سرفه با تعداد 57 مورد در درجات بعدی قرار داشتند.بیماریهای مربوط به سیستم عصبی (105 مورد، %28) بیشترین شیوع را در بین بیماریهای ما به خود اختصاص دادند که %6/86 این موارد مربوط به انواع تشنج بود. بیماریهای تنفسی با %21 و بیماریهای گوارشی با %16 در رتبههای دوم و سوم قرار گرفتند و بیماریهای عفونی %12 بیماریها را شامل شدند (منهای عفونتهای تنفسی و گوارشی).بیشترین مراجعه به اورژانس در نیمه دوم سال بوده است و شبها بیشترین بیماران را داشته است.
