ارزیابی تغییرات هپسیدین وارتباط آن با سطح پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی در بیماران آرتریت روماتوئید

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) disease is a common inflammatory arthritis associated with joint destruction, motor disorder, and decreased life duration. Hepcidin is an acute phase reactant protein that increased in inflammatory conditions mediated by IL-6 and by regulating iron metabolism increases its intracellular concentration. The aim of this study was evaluation of hepcidin changes and its relation with lipid peroxidation level at patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. The study was a case control one and included 45 women with rheumatoid arthritis without prior therapy and 45 healthy ones. Serum levels of hepcidin, TNF-, hsCRP, ferritin, hemoglobin, and MDA were determined. Hepcidin, MDA, TNF-, and hsCRP serum levels were higher in RA than control group (p=0.028, p=0.014, p=0.001,and p=0.001,respectively). Hepcidin and MDA levels did not correlate with disease activity scores and TNF-, hcCRP, and hemoglobin levels in RA group. Hepcidin correlated with serum ferritin higher than 60, only(r=0.57, p=0.031).,
هدف از مطالعه ارزیابی تغییرات هپسیدین و ارتباط آن با سطح پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی وفعالیت بیماری آرتریت روماتوئید است. مطالعه به روش تحلیلی توصیفی مورد شاهد در بین 45زن مبتلا به بیماری آرتریت روماتوئید بدون مصرف دارو و 45 زن سالم انجام گرفت.پس از معاینه وپر کردن پرسشنامه در بیماران،سطح سرمی هپسیدین، TNF- ،hsCRP ،فریتین وهموگلوبین وMDA برای هر دو گروه اندازه گیری شدومیزان فعالیت بیماری از فرمولDAS 28-3(CRP) محاسبه شد.سطح سرمی هپسیدین، ,hsCRP ,TNF- MDA بالاتر از گروه کنترل است، بترتیب ( 028/0 ,p= 001/0 ,p= 001/0 ,p= 014/0 (p=. بین سطح سرمی هپسیدین و MDA با DAS HB, TNF-a, hsCRP, ،مدت بیماری و تعداد مفاصل درگیر- مفاصل دردناک و متورم-در بیماران آرتریت روماتوئید ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد.اما هپسیدین در بیماران با فریتین بالای 60 ارتباط معنادار از لحاظ آماری وجود دارد (03/0 p= و57/0 r= ).
