بررسی آگاهی و نگرش پزشکان بیمارستانهای استان مازندران در ارتباط با پسماندهای تهدید کننده سلامت در بیمارستان و عوامل مرتبط با آن

Abstract

The objectives of this study were the survey of knowledge and attitude and practice of Mazandaran province physicians regarding to health-threatening waste in the hospital. Among the 27 public hospitals in the province,8 hospitals were randomly selected to participate in the survey .within a descriptive- Applied study, Knowledge - Attitude and participation of the province of doctors through an especial questionnaire was designed and distributed among 150 of them was assessed. The results obtained using SPSS software were analyzed. The overall rating knowledge, attitude and participation of physicians do not depend on age, sex, work experience and position, but type of specialty (P = 0 / 06) and employment status (P = 0 / 03) was effective in this. Orthopedic specialists and surgeons had Least and Internal and para clinic specialists had Most knowledge -attitude and participation. In addition, gender on attitude (P = 0 / 04), the experience on their knowledge (P = 0 / 03) and employment status on attitude (P = 0 / 07) and their participation (P =0.05)were influential. Overall rating Knowledge - Attitudes and participation of doctors in non-teaching hospitals (X = 11/45 + / -1/38) were more than teaching hospitals (X = 10 / 9 + / -1/98). (P = 0 / 009) but Type Hospital (General / Specialized) was not effective in this , هدف از این مطالعه بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و نحوه عملکرد پزشکان استان مازندران در ارتباط با پسماندهای تهدیدکننده سلامت در بیمارستان بود.ازمیان 27 بیمارستان دولتی موجود در استان مازندران، 8 بیمارستان(بر اساس دسترسی آسان) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در طی مطالعه ای توصیفی کاربردی میزان آگاهی نگرش و مشارکت پزشکان استان از طریق توزیع و تکمیل پرسشنامه در میان 150 نفر از آنان،ارزیابی گردید. سپس نتایج بدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS آنالیزشد.میزان کلی آگاهی، نگرش و مشارکت پزشکان به سن، جنس،سابقه کاری و سمت آنها بستگی نداشته ولی نوع تخصص(06/0=P)و وضعیت استخدام آنها(03/0=P)در این امر موثر بود. جراحان و ارتوپدها کمترین و پاراکلینیسین ها و داخلی ها بیشترین امتیاز کلی را داشتند.بعلاوه، جنسیت بر نگرش( امتیاز مردان بالاتر از زنان بود .)(04/0=P)،سابقه کاری بر آگاهی(03/0=P)و وضعیت استخدام بر نگرش(07/0=P)و مشارکت آنها(05/0=P) تاثیرگذار بود.امتیاز کلی آگاهی،نگرش و مشارکت در بیمارستانهای غیرآموزشی(38/1-/+45/11=X)بالاتراز بیمارستانهای آموزشی(98/1-/+9/10=X)بود(009/0=P)ولی نوع بیمارستان (جنرال/تخصصی) در این امر تاثیرگذار نبود.
