بیان ژن jm-27 در بیماران علامت دار مبتلا به بزرگی خوش خیم پروستات نیازمند اقدام جراحی

Abstract

The aim of this study evaluation of JM27 expression in severity of disease in patients under surgery treatment. In analytical descriptive study in Tabriz medical university in 2011, 32 patients with BPH under surgical treatment were studied. Gene expression of JM27 was evaluated by Taq man real time PCR in tissue samples of patients prostate and PSA determined by immunoassay. Finally severity of disease calculated by international prostate symptom score (IPSS). 32 patient with mean age 68.21.8 years and mean of disease period 18.33.06 month were studied. Mean of Jm27 expression detection time was 3.10.8 cycle and mean of severity of disease according to IPSS score was 26.63.8. there was strongly significant statistical correlation between Jm27 expression and IPSS(r=-0.4 , P=0.008) and between PSA and size of prostate were not significant statistical correlation with Jm27 expression., هدف از این مطالعه بررسی بیان ژن Jm27در شدت بیماری در بیماران تحت درمان جراحی است. در یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال 1389، 32 بیمار با بزرگی خوش خیم پروستات تحت درمان جراحی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. بیان ژن برای Jm27بوسیله روش TaqMan real time PCR در نمونه های بافتی پروستات بیماران ارزیابی شد و PSAدر خون آنها به روش ایمونواسی تعیین شد. در نهایت شدت بیماری با استاندارد بین المللی عوارض پروستات محاسبه شد. 32 بیمار با میانگین سنی 8/12/62 سال و میانگین دوره بیماری 06/33/18 ماه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. میانگین مدت زمان تعیین بیان ژن Jm278/01/3 سیکل بود و میانگین امتیاز IPSS 8/36/26 بود. ارتباط آماری معنی دار قوی بین بیان ژن Jm27با امتیاز IPSS( 4/0-=r و 008/0=P) وجود داشت و بین PSA و سایز پروستات ارتباط آماری معنی داری با بیان ژن Jm27وجود نداشت.
