بررسی آسیمتری مفاصل فاستی لومبر در بالغین سالم

Abstract

The purpose of this study was determined of tropism on healthy adult vertebral column. Methods: In a cross sectional and descriptive - analytical study that performed on adult and healthy patients and healthy adults in 50-30 years old, which underwent Ct-Scan causes except than lumbar disc herniation, lumbar facet joint asymmetry in healthy adult evaluated. Results and conclusions: Mean right facet joint angle at L4-L5 level in patients with age 40-31 years and 50-41 years was 38.72 9.74 and 36.72 9.49 degrees, respectively and the mean left facet joint angle at L4-L5 level in people aged 40-31 years and 50-41 years were 47.50 7.87 and 37.03 11.05 degrees, respectively that the mean angle of the left facet joint at L4-L5 level in subjects with 40-31 years of age was significantly greater than the mean left facet joint angle at L4-L5 level in people aged 50-41 years. Facet Joint overall mean angle in patients was 40.94 8.15degrees. Facet Tropism of levels L4-L5 and L5-S1 were 7.36 6.32 degrees and 7.02 5.41, respectively that the significant difference was not found in facet Tropism rate between levels L4-L5 and L5-S1. All the patients studied asymmetry in L1 rate of less than 20 degrees and in L5 and S1 level, only 4% of studied patients asymmetry rate was greater than 20 degrees. Mean angle of left and right facet in L3-L4 level as male patients was significantly more than mean angle of left and right facet in L3-L4 level as female patients. Mean angle of left facet in L5-S1 level at male patients was significantly more than mean angle of left facet in L5-S1 level at female patients. Right-angle mean facet levels L1-L2, L2-L3, and L4-L5 was significantly greater than the mean angle of the left-facet levels L1-L2, L2-L3, and L4-L5 (P<0.001). Significant inverse linear relationship was found between age and angle of facet in left L3-L4 and L4-L5 level in the studied patients. Significant inverse linear relationship was found between height and angle of left facet in L3-L4 level between the studied patients. Significant direct linear relationship between facet joint angles between different studied levels in the studied patients., هدف از این مطالعه تعیین وجود تروپیسم در ستون فقرات لومبر افراد بالغ سالم می باشد.مواد و روشها:در یک مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی تحلیلی که بر روی افراد بالغ و سالم 50-30 ساله که به علل دیگری غیر از هرنی دیسکال کمری تحت بررسی بوسیله CT-Scan قرار گرفته اند، انجام گرفت، آسیمتری مفاصل فاستی لومبر در بالغین سالم را مورد بررسی قرار دادیم.نتایج و نتیجه گیری:میانگین زاویه facet joint سمت راست در سطح L4-L5 در افراد با سنین 40-31 سال و 50-41 سال به ترتیب 74/9 72/38 و 49/9 72/36 درجه و میانگین زاویه facet joint سمت چپ در سطح L4-L5 در افراد با سنین 40-31 سال و 50-41 سال به ترتیب 87/7 50/47 و 05/11 03/37 درجه بود که میانگین زاویه facet joint سمت چپ در سطح L4-L5 در افراد با سنین 40-31 سال بصورت معنی داری بیشتر از میانگین زاویه facet joint سمت چپ در سطح L4-L5 در افراد با سنین 50-41 سال بود. میانگین کلی زاویه Facet Joint ها در افراد مورد مطالعه 15/8 94/40 درجه بود. میزان facet Tropism در سطوح L4-L5 و L5-L1 به ترتیب 32/6 36/7 درجه و 41/5 02/7 درجه بود که تفاوت معنی داری بین میزان facet Tropism در بین سطوح L4-L5 و L5-S1 وجود نداشت. در تمامی بیماران مورد مطالعه میزان آسیمتری در سطح L1 کمتر از 20 درجه بود و در سطح L5 و S1 در تنها در 4% بیماران مورد مطالعه میزان آسیمتری برابر یا بیشتر از 20 درجه بود. میانگین زاویه فاست راست و چپL3-L4 بیماران مرد بصورت معنی داری بیشتر از میانگین زاویه فاست راست و چپL3-L4 بیماران زن بود. میانگین زاویه فاست چپ L5-S1بیماران مرد بصورت معنی داری بیشتر از میانگین زاویه فاست راست L5-S1بیماران زن بود. میانگین زاویه فاست راست در سطوح L1-L2 ، L2-L3 و L4-L5 بصورت معنی داری بیشتر از میانگین زاویه فاست چپ در سطوح L1-L2 ، L2-L3 و L4-L5 بود(01/0>P). رابطه خطی معنی دار و معکوسی بین سن بیماران و زاویه فاست L3-L4 و L4-L5 چپ در بین بیماران مورد مطالعه وجود داشت. رابطه خطی معنی دار و معکوسی بین قد بیماران و زاویه فاست L3-L4 چپ در بین بیماران مورد مطالعه وجود داشت. رابطه خطی معنی دار و مستقیمی بین زاویه facet joint بین سطوح مختلف مورد مطالعه در بین بیماران مورد مطالعه وجود داشت.
