بررسی تظاهر P27، Ki67، P53 در کارسینوم سلول سنگفرشی، کراتوز آکتینیک و بیماری بوون

Abstract

This study aims at evaluating P27, Ki-67 and P53 expression in squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), actinic keratosis (AK) and Bowen disease (BD). In an analytic-descriptive setting, skin samples of 60 persons were evaluated in four 15-case groups: samples of BD, samples of AK, samples of SCC and sample biopsies of normal skin. This study was conducted in Tabriz Sina Hospital during a 13-month period. Immunohistochemical staining was performed in all samples and Ki-67, P27 and P53 expressions were determined. Accordingly, the percentages were compared between the four groups. Ki-67 index was positive in 0.8, 23.7, 12.3 and 19.3 percent of specimens in normal skin, AK, BD and SCC groups, respectively. Accordingly, the percentage of Ki-67+ cells was significantly lower in normal skin group comparing with other 3 groups. P27 was positive in 23.4, 26.2, 25.9 and 4.5 percent of specimens in normal skin, AK, BD and SCC groups, respectively. Accordingly, the percentage of Ki-67+ cells was significantly lower in SCC group comparing with other 3 groups. P53 index was positive in 26.6, 41.8 and 54.6 percent of cells in groups of AK, BD and SCC groups, respectively. There was no positive result in normal skin group. Accordingly, P53 index was significantly lower in normal skin groups and higher in SCC group., هدف از این مطالعه بررسی بیان P27، Ki-67 و P53 در کارسینوم سلول سنگفرشی (SCC)، کراتوز آکتینیک (AC) و بیماری بوون (BD) می باشد.در یک بررسی توصیفی-تحلیلی، نمونه های پوست از 60 نفر در 4 گروه 15 موردی بررسی شدند: نمونه های BD، نمونه های AK، نمونه های SCC و نمونه های بیوپسی از پوست سالم. این مطالعه در بیمارستان سینا تبریز طی مدت 13 ماه انجام شده است. رنگ آمیزی ایمونوهیستوشیمی در تمامی نمونه ها صورت گرفت و میزان بروز Ki-67، P27 و P53 تعیین شد. بر این اساس، درصدهای حاصله بین چهار گروه مقایسه شد.شاخص Ki-67 در نمونه های بافت طبیعی، AK، BD و SCC بترتیب در 8/0، 7/23، 3/12 و 3/19 درصد مثبت بود. بر این اساس مثبت شدن شاخص Ki-67 در نمونه های بافت طبیعی بطور معنی داری کمتر از نمونه های دیگر است. شاخص P27 در نمونه های بافت طبیعی، AK، BD و SCC بترتیب در 4/23، 2/26، 9/25 و 5/4 درصد مثبت بود. بر این اساس شاخص P27 در نمونه های SCC بطور معنی داری کمتر از نمونه های دیگر مثبت شده است. شاخص P53 در نمونه های AK، BD و SCC بترتیب در 6/26، 8/41 و 6/54 درصد مثبت بود. در نمونه های بافت طبیعی مورد مثبتی از این نظر وجود نداشت. بر این اساس شاخص P53 در نمونه های بافت طبیعی کمتر از نمونه های دیگر و در نمونه SCC بیشتر از نمونه های دیگر مثبت شده است.
