بررسی علل موارد منجر به جراحی قلب در بیماران 4015 سال در مرکز آموزش4015مانی شهید مدنی تبریز از سال 84 لغایت86

Abstract

Considering the increased incidence of coronary artery disease in Iran, and with increased rate of CABG, we performed a retrospective study about cardiovascular surgery reasons in the patients between 15-40 year old in Shahid Madanispital in Tabriz. In this descriptive study, data was gathered by medical records from the patient whom had done cardiovascular surgery from 2006 to 2008.The main leading causes for cardiovascular surgery (positive smoking, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipedimia, familial history of early coronary disease and also socio- demo graphic statue were analysis in this study. From the 200 medical records (mean age 33.513.71 yr) there were 182 (91%) male and 18 (9%) female. The mean average of BMI was 27.654.02. Results shown that the frequency of the relative Rick for surgery in the patient was smoking 116 (58%), hyperlipidemia 68(34%) diabetes 27(13/7%) hypertension 66(33%) and familial history of early coronary disease 47(25/5%)., هدف از این مطالعه بررسی عوامل منجر به جراحی در بیماران جوانی که تحت جراحی قرار گرفته‌اند می باشند. دراین مطالعه توصیفی بیماران 15 تا 40 سال مراجعه کننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهید مدنی تبریز از سال 84 لغایت 86 که تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفته‌اند از لحاظ عوامل منجر به جراحی قلب (سابقه مصرف سیگار، فشارخون، دیابت، هیپرلیپیدمی و سابقه فامیلی زودرس بیماری قلبی) و نیز مشخصات اجتماعی- اقتصادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از تعداد 200 پرونده بررسی شده (91درصد) 182نفر مرد و (9 درصد) 18 نفر زن بودند. میانگین سنی بیماران 71/3 51/33 سال و میانگین نمایه توده بدنی (BMI) kg/ m202/4 65/27 بود. فراوانی سابقه عوامل خطرساز قلبی عروقی در بیماران بررسی شده، سیگار کشیدن (58 درصد) 116، هیپرلیپیدمی (34 درصد)68، دیابت (7/13درصد) 27، فشار خون بالا (33 درصد) 66، سابقه خانوادگی زودرس بیماری قلبی (5/25درصد) 47 بود.
