ارزش تشخیص MRI در اسپوندیلیت بروسلایی با مقایسه یافته های بالینی و آزمایشگاهی

Abstract

In present study, we aimed to assess these diagnostic value of MRI, in patients with spondylitis due to brucella, comparing with clinical and laboratorial findings. Method: Patients with low back pain who were admitted to Sheikhol-raiis MRI center were included in this study. None of these patients had any documented infectious disease. Diagnosis of brucellosis was made, based on MRI findings, which would be approved by serology. After confirmation with serology, the group with positive serology were compared with the negative group, in sex, age, MRI findings level of vertebral involvements, signal intensity in T1 weighted and T2 weighted. Results Of 53 patients with diagnosis of brucellar spondylitis, 33 underwent serology study, 20 were positive and 13 were negative and the others consider out of study. Of these 20, 3 had tuberclosis spondylitis, whose mean age was 56 and the 67% of them were male. Mean age in the positive brucellar spondilitis were 46 and 67% of them were male. In negative group mean age was 55, and of whom 57% were male. There was no statistically significant difference in MRI findings such as changes in signal intensity, disk space narrowing, Intracanalicular mass, Abscess formation. Level of invlovment in vertebrae. , هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین ارزش تشخیص MRI در اسپوندیلیت بروسلایی با مقایسه یافته های بالینی و آزمایشگاهی می باشد. تمام بیماران با شکایت کمر درد که به مرکز شیخالرئیی جهت انجام MRI مراجعه ککده بودند در ایی مطالعه وارد شدند. هییککام از ایی افراد سابقه ابتلا به بییارییعفونییقبلییرا نداشتند. تشخیی بروسلوز بر اساس ییفتههای یRI کهکتوسط سرولوژی ییبییستیتأییدیییشدیمطرح گشت بعد از تأیید ییماری گریه مثبت با گروه منفی ازیلحاظ جنس، سن، یافتیهای MRIیمثل سطح مهرة درگیری ویتیییراتیییگنالیدر تصاویر T1یو T2 مقایسه شیند.از مجموع 53 بیمار یا تشخیص اسیوندیلیت یریسلایی 33یییمار یزمایشات یرولوژی را ینجام دادند که ازکمیان آیها 20 نفر مثبت و 13 نفر منفی بودید و بقیه خایج از مطالعه در نظر گرفته شدند. از این 20ینفر، 3 بیمار یسپوندیلیت یلی با ین متوسط 56 سال داشتند که 67ک آنها مرد بود. سن متوسط در گروه اسپوندیلیت ینیمتوسط در گروه بروسلوز مثبت 46 سال بود که 67ک آنها مرد و سن متوسط در گروه اسپوندیلیت ینیی 55 یال بود که 57ک آنها مرد بودند.از لحاظ آماری هیچیتغییر میییدارییدر ییفتههیی MRI مینند تغییرات سیینال کیهش فضکی دیسک ی تیدک اینتراکایالیککلار یکسه و سطح مهرة درگیری وجوی یداشت .
