بررسی وضعیت تحمل گلوکز و چربی در افراد فامیل درجه اول مبتلایان به تخمدان پلی کیستیک مراجعه کننده به کلینیک غدد بیمارستان سینای شهر تبریز

Abstract

This study aims at evaluating glucose tolerance state and lipid profile in first degree relatives of patients with PCOS. In a descriptive cross-sectional study, 380 first-degree relatives of patients with PCOS were recruited during a 17-month period in Tabriz Sina Hospital. Frequency of IGT, impaired fasting glucose (IFG), diabetes mellitus (DM) and lipid profile abnormality (triglyceride, cholesterol) was determined in enrolled population. Three hundred and eighty first-degree relatives of patients with PCOS (77 mothers, 52 fathers, 199 sisters and 52 brothers) with a mean age of 36.8814.07 (20-80) years and mean BMI of 27.424.99 (18-42) kg/m2 were enrolled. IFG, IGT and DM were documented in 5.5%, 11.6% and 8.8% of the studied population (25.5% totally). Hypercholesterolemia was documented in 43.9% of people. Increased serum LDL and decreased serum HDL were documented in 69.7% and 54.2% of the target population. Hypertriglyceredemia was seen in 53.5% of the people, هدف از این مطالعه بررسی وضعیت تحمل گلوکز و پروفیل چربی در منسوبین درجه اول بیماران PCOS است.در یک مطالعه توصیفی و مقطعی، 380 نفر فامیل درجه اول بیماران با PCOS طی مدت 17 ماه در بیمارستان سینا تبریز مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. فراوانی IGT، اختلال گلوکز ناشتا (IFG)، دیابت قندی (DM) و اختلال پروفیل چربی (تری گلیسیرید، کلسترول) در جمعیت مورد نظر تعیین شد. 380 فرد فامیل درجه اول بیماران PCOS (77 مادر، 52 پدر، 199 خواهر و 52 برادر) با سن متوسط 07/1488/36 (80-20) سال و شاخص توده بدنی متوسط 99/442/27 (42-18) کیلوگرم بر مجذور متر وارد مطالعه شدند. IFG، IGT و DM بترتیب در 5/5، 6/11 و 8/8% افراد وجود داشت (بطور کلی در 5/25% موارد). هیپرکلسترولمی در 9/43% این افراد ثبت گردید. افزایش سطح سرمی لیپوپروتئین با چگالی پایین (LDL) و کاهش لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا (HDL) بترتیب در 7/69% و 2/54% موارد بررسی شده وجود داشت. هیپرتری گلیسیریدمی در 3/53% افراد وجود داشت
