بررسی ضایعات پوستی همراه با دیس رافیسم های مخفی نخاع

Abstract

This study aims at evaluating the skin lesions in OSD and determining there types. . Methods & Materials In a cross-sectional retrospective-perspective setting, profiles of patients with OSD operated or were candidates for operation were reviewed in Tabriz Shohda Hospital during a 15-month period. The studied cases were operated between 2001 and 2009. The percentage of the patients with skin lesions was determined. In this group, type of skin lesion was also documented and compared between different subtypes of OSD. Results Twenty six profiles of patients, 24 females and 15 males with a mean age of 12.8 years (4 month to 41 years) were enrolled on this study. Different subtypes of OSD were tight filum terminal (35.89%), diastomatomyelia (20.51%), lipoma and lipomeningocel (12.82%), meingocele (12.82%) dermal sinus tract (7.67%), myelocystocele (7.69%) and anterior sacral meningocel (2.56%). Skin lesions were present in 66.6% of the patients. These skin lesions were hyperthricosis (42.30%), suncutaneous lipoma (19.23%), fluid filled mass (19.23%), macula (7.69%), skin hemangioma (3.84%), skin tag (3.84%) and dermal sinus tract (3.84%). The most common skin lesion was hyperthricosis in all subtypes except for the dermal sinus tract-associated tethered cord with dermal sinus in priority, هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی ضایعات پوستی در بیماران OSD و تعیین انواع آن است.مواد و روشهادر یک مطالعه مقطعی گذشته و آینده نگر، پرونده های بیماران دچار OSD که تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفته یا کاندید آن بودند، در بیمارستان شهدا تبریز طی مدت هشت سال مورد بررسی شدند. موارد بررسی شده مربوط به دوره زمان 1380 لغایت 1388 بوده اند درصد بیماران با ضایعات جلدی تعیین شد. در این گروه، نوع ضایعه جلدی نیز تعیین و بین انواع مختلف OSD مقایسه شد.نتایج‌پرونده 39 بیمار، 24 مونث و 15 مذکر با سن متوسط 8/12 سال (4 ماه تا 41 سال) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. انواع مختلف OSD شامل تایت فیلوم ترمینال (%89/35)، دیاستوماتومیلیا (%51/20)، لیپوم و لیپومننگوسل (%82/12)، مننگوسل (%82/12)، درمال سینوس ترکت (%69/7)، میلوسیستوسل (%69/7) و آنتریور ساکرال مننگوسل (%56/2) بود. در کل 26 بیمار ( %66/66) دارای علائم پوستی و 13 مورد (%33/33) بدون علائم پوستی بودند. انواع ضایعات مشاهده شد که شامل هیپرتریکوز (%30/42)، لیپوم زیر جلدی (%23/19)، توده نرم حاوی مایع(%23/19)، ماکول (%69/7) و در نهایت همانژیوم، توده گوشتی و درمال سینوس هر کدام در %84/3 موارد دیده شد.
