بررسی الگوی اثر انگشت در بیماران مبتلا به آلوپسی آره آتا و ویتیلیگو

Abstract

The purpose of this study was dermatoglyphics Pattern Studing in alopecia areata and vitiligo patients.In a descriptive comparitive study on patients with vitiligo and alopecia areata each 50cases, and 100 normal subjects that referred to the department of dermatology, Sina hospital (1387-1389) we took prints of fingers in patients and control group, using the glass palate and fingerprinting ink. After collecting the patterns, the results analyzed according to 4 types of patterns including Whorl, arch, ulnar loop and radial loop. The average age for alopecia areata is 30.48 and for vitiligo is 30.45. The incidence of patterns for control group, vitiligo patients and alopecia areata patients respectively include: Ulnar loop:%50.8, %58, %68.24, radial loop:%2.9, %2.6, %4.41, whorl:% 6.5, %92.43, %30.35, arch: %2.8, %3.8, %4.41. , هدف از این مطالعه, بررسی الگوی اثر انگشت در بیماران مبتلا به آلوپسی آره آتا و ویتیلیگو می باشد. این مطالعه یک مطالعه ی توصیفی مقایسه ای می باشد که روی 100 نفر افراد سالم فاقد بیماری های پوستی، 50 بیمار مبتلا به ویتیلیگو 50 بیمار مبتلا به آلوپسی آره آتا در هر دو جنس و در سنین مختلف مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه بیمارستان سینا ) 1389-1387) انجام گرفته. با استفاده از یک صفحه ی شیشه ای و جوهر مخصوص انگشت نگاری، اثر انگشت افراد بیمار و سالم از هر 10 انگشت تهیه شده و پس از جمع آوری الگوها، نتایج بر اساس 4 الگویwhorl, ulnar loop, radial loop , arch مورد آنالیز و بررسی قرار گرفتند.میانگین سنی در گروه بیماران مبتلا به آلوپسی آره آتا 48/30 و در بیماران ویتیلیگو 45/30 می باشد. فراوانی الگوها در افراد سالم، بیماران ویتیلیگو و بیماران آلوپسی به ترتیب: ulnar loop: 8/50،58، 24/68 درصد، Whorl: 5/43،6/35،92/30 درصد، radial loop: 9/2، 6/2، 41/4 درصد و: Arch 8/2، 8/3،41/4 درصد می باشد.
