Influence of two different flap designs on incidence of pain and swelling following impacted third molar surgeries

Abstract
Pain and swelling are the most common complication impacted mandibular tooth surgery the aim of this study is evaluation surgery of pain and swelling after third molar in mandibular tooth surgery. Methods and Materials: In this two Blined clinical trarial , frequancy of pain and swelling of bilateral impacted mandibular third molar in mandibular surgery is assessmented on 26 patient. In any patient, EN flap is used in one side and SZ in another side . Data were analyzed by using descriptional statistical tests and T- test with SPSS/15 soft ware. Results: Square of the pain after surgery were increased in both group but there were not significant difference between 2 group. (P>0.05).Square of the swelling after surgery were decreased in both group but there were not significant difference between 2 group (P>0.05). Discussion: The kind of flap have not effect in Square of pain and swelling after third molar mandibular surgery.
