Effect of three diferent mouthrinses on the microleakage of composite resin restorations carried out with two adhesive systems and bleached with carbamide peroxide 10%
Abstract
In anattampt to daily increase in use of bleaching treatment of teeth and increase of macthrinses prescription with different treatment effects for improve oral hyienist , the aim of this study is the effects of three mouthrinses oral-B, Lysterine, Rembrandt pley on the microleakage of composite resin restorations carried out with two adhesive systems and bleached with crabamide peroxiede 10%. Matherials and Methods: In buccal and lingval surfaces of 30 sound human premolars (with closed apex and extracted for orthodontic reason) class V cavities were prepared and their occlusal margins were located 1mm above CEJ and gingival margins were located 1mm below CEJ. The teeth were randomly divided into two groups. In group 1, Excite adhesive resin and group 2, Clearfil SE Bond adhesive resin were used according to the manufactures instruction . In both group the teeth were restored with z-100 A3 composite using incremental technique. Following restoration, the samples were finished and polished using diamond burs and polish disks. The teeth were subjected to thermocycling, Then were bleached with carbamide peroxide 10% (Evebrite, Dent America USA) 2 hours per each day for 14 days and then samples of each adhesive group divided in three subgroup. Then immersed in oral-B, Rembrandtpley and Lysterine mouthrinses for 12 hours, and were immersed in 2% basic fushin solution for 24 h. Microleakage of the samples was evaluated under stereomicroscope at 16X magnification. Data were analysed by Non-parametric ANOVA and Bonfervoni test, was considered significant. Results: The effect type bondiny (P=0.009) the type mouthrinses (P=0.024) and the type margin (P=0.015) the significantly of singly on microleakage. The effect of corresponding banding Emouth. Also of significantly in the amoung microleakage (P=0.004. but in the rest of other interaction corresponding effects bonding margin (P=0.13), margin-mouthrin (P=0.84) and of no significance binding margin Emouthrin (P=0.33). Theamoung Excite microleakage signally seathing then cleafil SE Bond (P=0.009). The amoung microleakage at gingival margin signally scathing of then margin occlusal (P=0.015) Also the amoung of microleakage of composite resin restoration carried out with Excite adhesive system and belached with carbamide peroxide 10% after the steep at mouthrin oral-B intensify of mouthrin lysterine. Conclusion: The amoung microleakage of composite resin restoration below react per three workable type binding type mouthrin type margin .
