Abstract
mucormycos fungi, microorganisms are opportunistic invasive fungal.which in many immunocompromised diseases are increasing. The infection, poor response to conventional therapies, including is amphotericin B. Echinophora platyloba including is medicinal plantsE In previous research on the antifungal effect has been studied in other organisms .In the present study, the antifungal effect o f Echinophora Platyloba has been produces on the Rhizopus Arrhizus and Rhizopus oryzae. the purpose of this study Comparsion of Inhibitory effect of the Echinophora Platyloba Extract with Amphotericin-B on Rhizopus Arrhizus and Rhizopus Oryzae: An invitro study Materials & Methods: Echinophora platyloba: extracts were prepared using in 70% ethanol Musyrasun method. Sabouraud dextrose agar medium Were cultured . To determine the growth inhibitory concentration Rhizopus arrhizus and Rhizopus oryzae by Echinophora platyloba and amphotericin B 15 Different concentrations Echinophora platyloba15 different concentrations of Echinophora platyloba solvent ethanol 99% and amphotericin B in the solvent dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was prepared . And 10 repetitions of each concentration were studied in vitro Sabouraud dextrose agar medium. Results: According to replicate the growth inhibitory effect of amphotericin B on the average of ten trials Rhizopus arrhizus 55g / ml and on Rhizopus oryzae 50g / ml respectively. Average growth inhibitory effect of the extract Echinophora platyloba on Rhizopus oryzae 65mg/ml and on Rhizopus arrhizus 55mg/ml respectively. Conclusions: The MIC effect of Echinophora platyloba on Rhizopus arrhizus was found to be 65mg/ml which is equal to that of Amphotericin-B which calculated as 55?g/ml. Also, The MIC effect of Echinophora platyloba on Rhizopus oryzae was found to be 55mg/ml which is equal to that of Amphotericin-B which calculated as 50?g/ml
