Heart failure, re-hospitalization, and mortality are the main problems in the field of cardiology. Among the things that can help us in determining the prognosis of these patients are the findings of the cardiogram; For this purpose, in this study, it has been tried to evaluate the relationship between ECG findings and re-hospitalization and mortality one month after discharge. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted from January 2023 to January 2024 at Shahid Madani Hospital in Tabriz, and patients hospitalized with new onset, or decompensated heart failure were included in the study. The clinical information of the patients including age, sex, cause of heart failure, underlying diseases, medications, laboratory findings, and echocardiography ECG findings as well as one-month follow-up were recorded and the recorded data were analyzed to find the relationship with early prognosis determination in these patients. Results: ECG findings such as ST Elevation with (P-Value: 0.04) and Pace Maker Rhythm with (Odds Ratio: 8.91) can predict readmission one month after hospital discharge in patients with acute heart failure. ECG findings were not significantly related to early mortality in patients with acute heart failure.en_US
