Standard modifiable cardiovascular risk factors, including diabetes, smoking, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension, which are abbreviated as SMuRF, play a role in the development and progression of coronary diseases. The presence of conflicting findings and the lack of sufficient evidence in relation to SMuRF and the prognosis of patients, it seems necessary to evaluate the clinical profile and outcome of patients with different numbers of SMuRF and patients without SMuRF. Methods: This is a retrospective study and the clinical records of patients over 18 years of age with STEMI who underwent successful PPCI in Shahid Madani Medical Education Center of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences during 2018-2018 were examined. Patients were divided into two groups: patients with modifiable risk factors of SMuRFs (including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and smoking) and patients without modifiable risk factors (SMuRF-less). All measured indicators were compared in two groups. Qualitative indicators were compared with chi-square test and quantitative indicators were compared with U-Man-Whitney test. Results: The results of this study showed no significant difference in the outcomes of in-hospital mortality (p-value=0.168), one-year mortality (p-value=0.309) and MACE (p-value=0.264). Also, in the examination of the baseline characteristics between the two groups, a significant difference was observed in the level of neutrophils, triglycerides and TIMI before PCI, and the rest of the cases had no significant differences.en_US
