Objective: To improve the effectiveness of adpotive T cell immunotherapy, including treatment with CAR-T cells, various methods have been tried to regulate T cell differentiation and memory formation. The strategy of conversion from exhausted T cells to pre-exhausted T cells or younger primary memory T cells is important for cancer immunotherapy. Recent studies have challenged the rejuvenation of differentiated T cells with different approaches. Material and Methods: cell line was cultured in the relevant culture medium, and their derived exosomes affected on jurkat cells. Cell proliferation assay done by MTT method and the expression of genes related to memory markers genes of T cells done by real-time PCR. Results: The qRT-PCR test showed changes in the expression of CD27, CD127, CCR7, and L-selectin in jurkat cells under treatment with exosomes derived from MKN-45, which showed an increase in the expression of CD27, and L-selectin.en_US
