Introduction: The failure of the bond between the liner and the prosthesis creates potential surfaces for the growth of bacteria, plaque and plaque and accelerates the decomposition of the soft liner. The purpose of this study was to compare the tensile bond strength of tissue conditioner on denture acrylic resin made by 3D printing method with heat curing acrylic. Materials and methods: In this laboratory study, 24 acrylic blocks were prepared according to standard values (ISO 1567 for evaluation of mechanical variables) and divided into 2 groups of 6. Then, the smallest cross-sectional area of the samples was connected with GC brand tissue conditioner (made in Japan) with a length of 10 mm. All the samples were placed in the metal mold that was prepared earlier and the 10 mm gap between the two pieces of acrylic block was filled with tissue conditioner. Then, in order to simulate the oral environment, the samples were thermocycled in baths from 5°C to 55°C (5000 cycles). The samples were tested using a universal tensile testing machine. The data was analyzed by SPSS 24 software and t-test statistical tests. The significance level of the results was considered 0.05. Results: The tensile band strength of tissue conditioner on acrylic made by 3D printing method was 1.022±0.176 and 0.887±0.175 on heat curing acrylic method. Conclusion: The strength of the tensile band is suitable for the 3D printing of tissue conditioner on acrylic.en_US
