Gastric cancer is one of the most important cancers based on its incidence and mortality rate, especially in northwestern Iran. One of the mechanisms of cancer progression is the inhibition of immune responses by cancer cells through the release of exosomes, which will be more pronounced in hypoxic conditions. Material and Methods: cell line was cultured in the relevant culture medium under normoxy and hypoxic conditions, and their derived exosomes affected on Raji cells. Cell proliferation assay done by MTT method and the expression of genes related to B cell activation and their apoptosis done by real-time PCR. Results: The qRT-PCR test showed changes in the expression of Bcl-2, CD19 and Bax in Raji cells under treatment with exosomes derived from MKN-45, which showed increase in the expression Bax and CD19, and decreased in Bcl-2 genes.en_US
