Introduction Today, the use of herbal products due to their positive characteristics, such as non-toxic and environmentally friendly, has led to their use as tooth root canal disinfectants. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the antibacterial effect of Moringa oleifera and Eucalyptus globulus solution on human dental enterocalyses. Materials and methods In this laboratory experimental study, 30 single-rooted teeth that were extracted due to orthodontic treatment and met the conditions for entering the study were used. After preparing, cleaning and shaping the tooth canals, they were randomly divided into 6 groups (5 teeth in each group). Then they were washed with sodium hypochlorite (NaOCI 2.5%), microemulsion of eucalyptus and moringa and the positive and negative control groups. The teeth were filled with gutta-percha and incubated at 37°C for 90 days. Then the sampling was done and the samples were analyzed for the number of colonies using enterococcal biofilm. SPSS version 21 software and Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney U tests were used for data analysis. Results All 4 groups of Moringa oleifera, Eucalyptus globulus, combination (Moringa + Eucalyptus) and sodium hypochlorite showed similar antimicrobial properties on Enterococcus faecalis and had no significant differences with each other. Conclusion The solution of Moringa oleifera and Eucalyptus globulus has an antibacterial effect on enterofocallis of human teeth.en_US
