چکیده
About 17% of couples around the world suffer from infertility conditions, and RIF is one of the most common reasons, and various reasons for RIF have been mentioned, among which we can mention fetal factors, uterine factors, immune factors, coagulation factors, and genetic factors. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of vaginal probiotic capsules and vitamin D on fertility and live birth in RIF patients. Materials and methods: This research was a clinical trial study and the target population were women with recurrent implantation failure who referred to Valiasr International Hospital in Tabriz in 1401-1403. The final sample size in this study was 200 people, divided into two groups of 88 people (women with repeated implantation failure with a Th1/Th2 ratio less than 10) and 112 people (women with repeated implantation failure with a higher Th1/Th2 ratio) of 10), were divided. Treatment in the second group of patients who had a high Th1/Th2 ratio were divided into groups of 28 people and performed. The sampling method in this study was simple random. First, a written and informed consent was obtained from the target population. Results: In this study, the results showed that the pregnancy rate in the groups that took vaginal probiotic capsules and vitamin D was 14 out of 28, and the live birth rate was 13, which was significantly different from the other three groups. Also, a significant decrease in the ratio of Th1/Th2 and NK cells was observed in this group compared to the other three groups.
