Prevalence and type of stroke in pregnant women in developed and developing countries: A systematic

Abstract

The purpose of this review is to collect the findings of the groups that examined the incidence rate and brain type. Drawing these results together gives readers insight into stroke incidence in different communities and highlights outcomes where improvements can be made with targeted campaigns. Methods: In this comprehensive and systematic review study, all the main articles were related to people's knowledge and awareness about cerebral palsy and its symptoms. In this study, all the articles were searched through PubMed, EMBASE, Google Scholar, Scopus and WOS databases. From January 1990 to December 2023, they were included in the study. Also, in the articles of the search articles, it was only entered that they were written in English, or Farsi, which was also written in English . In this study, it is compared about the incidence and type of stroke among developed and developing and whether the study was done or not. Results: The results of this study have shown that the rate of involvement with stroke in pregnant women is low and it is preferred with ischemic stroke and includes a small mortality which is in hemorrhagic stroke. But no study has been done in the communities at the moment.
