P is one of the main causes of vision loss in children.the main risk factor of that is low birth waight and low gestational age.the treatment of that is cryotherapy, laser treatment and IVB.In physical exam of children with ROP we understand that the optic disc of them is pail and according that IVB rising IOP but we don’t AC-Tap when IVB injectin and avastin is a off label drug so we dicided that start of this study and investigate effects of bevacizumab on structure of retina such as the thickness of the nerve fiber layer and macula with OCT in ROP patients Materials and Methods: 300 eyes from 150 children underwent Fundus examination, refraction and OCT after they selected according to the clinical history in 2016-2017, in 3 groups consist of 100 eyes with a history of ROP that were treated with bevacizumab, 100 eyes with a history of ROP that improved spontaneously and the third group 100 eyes of preterm children without a history of ROP. Results: RNFL and macular thickness in children with ROP they get IVB is lower than children without ROP or with ROP they don’t get IVB.en_US
