Breast cancer is one of the biggest health problems of women all over the world and the most common type of malignancy among women. Considering the complexity of this disease, despite many investigations, molecular mechanisms and searches to find molecular mechanisms and appropriate screening methods for patients with different prognoses are still ongoing. In this regard, in this study, we investigated the changes in PTBP3, LncRNA BCRT1 and miR-1033 gene pathway in tumor samples and its possible changes in cancer samples. Methods: Tissue samples, including 50 breast cancer tissue samples and 50 adjacent non-cancerous tissue samples, were prepared and after RNA extraction, the expression levels of the desired genes were measured using the real time PCR method. In addition, the relationship between the expression of the studied genes and the clinical characteristics of the patients was also evaluated. Results: The results obtained from q-PCR showed that PTBP3 and LncRNA BCRT1 gene expression in tumor samples had a significant increase, while the expression of miR-1033 in tumor samples had a significant decrease. Regarding the pathological indices of all three studied genes, there was a relationship with metastasis, lymph node involvement and stage of the disease.en_US
