The Covid-19 pandemic was a serious crisis in human health, and patients with gynecological cancers were no exception. During this period, providing services to these patients was accompanied by challenges. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the postoperative condition of patients with gynecological cancers and to determine the relationship of possible factors related to the disease in these patients. Method: In this study, all women with gynecological cancer who were hospitalized and underwent surgery at Alzahra Medical Education Center in Tabriz between December 2021 and July 2023 were included in the study. Based on the treatment received, patients were divided into three groups: surgical treatment, neoadjuvant treatment + surgical treatment, and neoadjuvant treatment + surgical treatment + adjuvant treatment. Then findings of the patients were compared between the three groups. Results: In the present study, the average age of the patients was 75 years, and average weight and height of the patients were 72.3 and 158, respectively. The majority of patients were married (69.3%) and had housework jobs (92%). In addition, the majority of patients (90.7%) had more than one roommate. The literacy level of the majority of patients was between elementary school and diploma (53.5%). type of surgery was Primary Cytoreductive Surgery in 53.3% of patients, Secondary Cytoreductive Surgery in 32% of patients and Interval Cytoreductive in 14.7% of patients. The two factors of diagnosis of covid-19 in relatives during the last 90 days (OR=0.041, p<0.001) and general anesthesia (OR=6.7, p=0.015) are effective factors on the risk of contracting covid-19 among patients during the post visit. were reported from surgery.en_US
