Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common cancers with a high mortality rate, which has a complex and largely unknown pathogenesis. In recent years, a group of genes called long non-coding RNAs have been shown to play an important role in the development and development of heads. One of these RNAs is AC093818.1, which seems to have an important oncogenic role in various cancers. Therefore, in this study, to better understand the role of this Long Non-Coding RNA in the pathogenesis of gastric ulcers, we decided to investigate the expression changes of this gene in gastric malignancy. Methods: In this study, after the general approval of the plan by the ethics committee of the faculty, the number of tissue samples, including 75 gastric cancer tissue samples and 75 margin tissue samples, were collected and the desired gene expression changes were measured using qPCR. In addition, the relationship between the desired gene expression and the pathological findings of the patients was also evaluated. Results: The results obtained from q-PCR showed that the expression of AC093818.1 in tumor samples was significantly increased compared to healthy margin samples, on the other hand, the expression of this gene was significantly related to the involvement of lymph nodes, tumor stage and cell differentiation.en_US
