dc.description.abstractHealth is a subject that has always been the focus of human society and is one of the main pillars of sustainable development and an important factor for improving and improving the quality of life. One of the aspects of health is social health. Social health plays an important role in balancing the quality of human social life. In fact, social health is the driving force of any society that makes it develop more and better. Therefore, it is very important and necessary to examine this type of health among different strata of society. On the other hand, marriage plays an important role in human life, and many factors, including cultural, political, moral, economic and social, etc., are effective in the quality of this matter. Therefore, in the present research, the components of Keyes' social health were examined in couples referring to the Marriage Counseling Center of Asadabadi Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study that was conducted during 1401 with the participation of 212 couples who referred to marriage counseling centers. For this purpose, the Keyes questionnaire was used, which defines five basic indicators of social prosperity, social solidarity, social acceptance, social participation and social cohesion as basic components for social health. In this research, using the questionnaires prepared by the theory of Mr. Keyes, he assessed the social health of couples who referred to the Marriage Counseling Center of Asadabadi Hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic, as the statistical population of this research, and the results using statistical analysis and an inference was checked. Results: The average total social health score was 84.94±8.33; Most of the participants in the study were at an intermediate level; The dimension of social flourishing was the most important and the dimension of social participation was the least important in social health. From Pearson's correlation coefficient, it can be said that there is no significant relationship between age and social health (r = -0.079); There is no significant relationship between the age gap of couples and the level of social health. (r=0.075); There is no significant relationship between the duration of acquaintance and the level of social health (r=0.660).en_US
