The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference in the physical (EDSS before: p-value: 0.08 and EDSS after: p-value: 0.22) and cognitive performance of the two groups (SDMT before: p-value: 0.98 and SDMT after: p-value: 0.42), before and after the period of treatment with the supplement of hydroalcoholic extract of flax and black seed medicinal plants and there was no ineffective drug. In determining the effect of black seed supplement on the fatigue status and abstract of the patients' health, the only factor that differed between the study groups was the general fatigue status of the patients (p -value: 0.03) that this difference was also seen in patients before the intervention (p-value: 0.03) and a significant difference in the state of pain, stress, anxiety, sleep problems, feeding problems and walking problems between the study groups Not seen (p-value>0.05).en_US
