Introudaction: Wrinkles of the skin, especially in the face area, are one of the most important concerns in society, and there are various ways to solve them. One of the newest and least dangerous methods is the use of hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Various materials have been used to prepare dermal fillers, and bovine collagens were the only dermal fillers approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for more than 20 years. Since these dermal fillers are cow-based, one of their main disadvantages is the occurrence of allergic reactions. Therefore, in February 2003, human-derived collagens received FDA approval that the risk of allergic reactions was reduced and did not require allergy testing. One of the disadvantages of these collagens is their short duration of effect. To this end, in December 2003, the first hyaluronic acid dermal filler under the brand name Restylane was approved in the United States, which did not require allergy testing and had a longer effect than collagen-based products.Aim: The purpose of this study is to prepare hyaluronic acid dermal filler to localize this product and check the stability of the product.Method: Hyaluronic acid gel is prepared by dissolving hyaluronic acid powder in the game medium and then creating cross-links by BDDE and adjusting the pH of the product in a suitable range. Finally, the obtained product will be entered into a glass syringe and sterilized. Then we will examine some physicochemical properties of the product.Result: The appropriate formulation was obtained for the preparation of this product and the results show that these samples had good stability. Conclusion: This study showed us that the formulation of dermal fillers containing cross-linker has more stability and reduced gel swelling.en_US
