Improper placement of LMA in children has more complications than adults and these complications can cause unfortunate and irreparable events in a short period of time; Therefore, finding appropriate and principled embedding methods has been recommended by various researchers. Because the placement of the LMA in the airway administration in children is very important and if it is not successful, there is a possibility of complications. Different methods with a debatable percentage of placement success are used to increase the success rate. The need to use new methods is still felt. In this study, a new method is introduced. Materials and Methods: A total of 180 patients were included in this study. After dividing the patients into two groups, the classical method and the unilateral Jaw-thrust method, anesthesia induction was performed for them (same method for all patients). The unilateral Jaw-thrust team, an anesthesiologist with implanted unilateral jaw-thrust maneuver, installed the LMA. Clinical information and information necessary to evaluate the success and complications of LMA implantation in the existing checklist were completed and after entering the information in SPSS21 statistical software were analyzed by Chi-square and student t test. P value less than 0.05 was considered significant. Results: Examination of the results showed that the LMA placement method by Javastrust method was similar to the classical method in terms of installation time, number of attempts for installation, degree of hardness and degree of oxygen leakage; Also, in this method, the complications after implantation, such as blood observation and the need to replace the endotracheal tube, were similar to the implantation group in the classical method.en_US
