dc.description.abstract | Heat stress followed by heat stroke, which is caused by an increase in body temperature to more than 40 degrees Celsius, as a medical emergency affects many people in work situations and weather conditions. May cause irreversible neurological and cognitive damage.
Materials and methods: In the present study, 75 male albino mice in the weight range of 28-30 grams were used. The mice were divided into 5 groups of 15, including the following groups: control group, heat stress group, heat stress group + sericin 100, heat stress group + sericin 150, heat stress group + sericin 200. After induction of heat stress, the expression level of TLR2, 4 was evaluated by Real Time PCR and the expression of hsp60 and hsp90 proteins by western blot.
Results: The expression level of TLR2 and TLR4 receptors increased significantly with the passage of time as a time course of stimulation. Western blot results also showed that the expression level of HSP60 and HSP90 also increased. | en_US |
