In developing countries, rheumatic fever is one of the most important health problems in society. Complications of rheumatic fever manifest themselves as heart valve involvement and more often as mitral stenosis, which causes severe mortality and morbidity. The aim of this study was to evaluate the F QRS level in patients with severe mitral valve stenosis and its relationship with echocardiographic indices Mv calcification score and hemodynamics of patients. Materials and Methods: In this study, all hospitalized patients were diagnosed with severe mitral valve stenosis confirmed by echocardiography. Then the patients' files were studied and the relevant questionnaire was filled out. ECGs of patients were scanned and QRS was determined by definition. Age, sex, NYHA class, patient rhythm and echocardiographic findings such as left ventricular EF, valve score, pulmonary artery pressure, presence of clot in left atrium, mean gradient on both sides of mitral valve cross-section valve in two groups of patients with and without f QRS) were determined and compared. Results: In this study, 110 people were included in the study, 68 people (61.8%) had mitral stenosis without FQRS and 42 people (38.2%) had mitral stenosis with FQRS. The average age in the mitral stenosis group with FQRS was 58.28 ± 13.96 and the average age in the group Mitral stenosis without FQRS was 12.29 ± 49.65, and there was a significant difference between the two groups, so that the mitral stenosis group with FQRS was older. The mean pap score, MV score, and valvular calcification in the mitral stenosis group with FQRS was 42/00 ± 5/54 ، 9/95 ± 0/99 and 2/65 ± 0/29 and in the mitral stenosis group without FQRS, FQRS was 40/86 ± 18/72 ، 9/64 ± 1/17 and 2/28 ± 0/96. Prevalence of clot +, LV enlargement +, RV enlargement +, mitral calcification +, LV dysfunction + and RV dysfunction + in mitral stenosis with FQRS (0%), (0%), (0%), (1.38%), (6.28%), (6.28%) and in the group without FQRS (8.8%), (8.8%), (8.8%), (4.48%), (11.8%) and (7.14%) which statistically the difference in two groups was not significant (p value>0.005).en_US
