Visual complications after refractive surgery are uncommon, but due to the fact that a large number of patients undergo these operations annually, many patients need therapeutic refractive surgery and surgeons should be able to give patients this reassurance. The goal of this study is to perform te-ptk to treat these patients. Materials and Methods: This clinical trial study was performed on 23 eyes of 17 patients. They completed the refractive surgery and entered the study. The participants in this study were included in the study to perform te-ptk from 8/8/1400 to 9/8/1400 and from among those who referred to the nikookari hospital. Results: In this study, 23 eyes of 17 patients who had previously undergone refractive surgery and were eligible for the study were evaluated. In this study, 13 (56.5%) of 23 eyes were female. And (43.5%) 10 eyes were male. Regarding preoperative visual symptoms, 6 (26.1%) patients had diplopia and nasal aura and 11 (47.8%) patients had vision loss and 6 (26.1%) patients had both nasal aura, diplopia and vision loss. And after performing TE-PTK 21 (91.3%) eyes reported satisfaction and complete improvement of symptoms and 2 (8.7%) eyes mentioned reduction of halo. The average LOGMAR of patients 'preoperative vision was 0.19, which decreased to 0.04 after TE-PTK, and the mean LOGMAR of patients' preoperative vision was 0.13, which decreased to 0.01. Also, the mean MIN-MAX (ETR) showed a significant decrease from 31.17 to 14.35 with (P VALUE <0.001).en_US
