The current study investigates the regulatory effects of MSC exosomes on the activity of PBMC cells and Treg cell subline in COPD patients. Materials and Methods: First of all 5 ml blood containing anticoagulant should be taken from 20 healthy people and 40 COPD patients, in order to isolate PBMC cells. Rand list random software will be used to randomly select samples from eligible people. The data obtained from the study will be analyzed using ANOVA0.statistical software. Results: In this study, after confirming the formation of exosomes using TEM image, the effects of immune regulation of exosomes derived from MCS on cytokines produced by cells Treg of COPD patients was evaluated in vitroen_US
