It seems that in Behcet's disease, which plays a role in changes in immune system, cytokines, oxidative stress and even kidney involvement, it can be affected by changes in this important protein and its co-receptor, which play a direct and indirect role in reducing the factors involved. Are effective in having the disease that is the aim of the present study. In the present study, for the first time, changes in serum concentration of clot protein with serum levels of vitamin D in Behcet's disease and also the association of these factors with the severity of the disease will be studied. Materials and Methods: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study that was performed during the year 2021 with the participation of patients with Behcet. All patients and controls were thoroughly examined clinically before entering the study and forms related to disease activity and anthropometric measurements including weight, height and body mass index calculation were performed. 5 ml of venous blood samples were taken from all participants, which was fasted after 8-12 hours, and the blood samples taken after centrifugation were separated at low serum and kept in freezer-70 for analysis; All subjects underwent clinical examination by a specialist physician before the start of the study, and individuals with osteoarthritis disease activity was determined by the form of disease activity. In control subjects, apparent accuracy after clinical examination and if necessary, routine tests were the selection criteria, so the selection of patients and control subjects according to the mentioned conditions and inclusion conditions by observing 12 hours of fasting blood samples and sera after separation Were subjected to the mentioned experiments. Klotho assays were assayed by the ELISA method selected by the European company and other biochemical and serological factors of standard laboratory methods were assayed. Results: Serum levels of vitamin D and Klotho in patients with Behcet's disease were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.0001); There was a direct and significant relationship between serum of vitamin D and Klotho (r = 0.329 and P = 0.011) so that with increasing serum of vitamin D, serum level of Klotho also increases in patients with Behcet.en_US
