dc.description.abstractPostpartum visit is one of the most important visits for women after childbirth and this visit is more important in women with various types of gestational hypertension because it allows doctors to Assess patients' blood pressure and advise women on the consequences of preeclampsia in future pregnancies and the relationship between preeclampsia and cardiovascular disease. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of postpartum care services in women with gestational hypertension. Method: The research is cross-sectional-descriptive. The target population in this study includes all women who have had any type of gestational hypertension during their pregnancy. The sample size was selected using the formula for estimating a ratio of 150 people. Data collection tools were: demographic-social characteristics questionnaire; Midwifery-Medical Profile Questionnaire; Checklist for using postpartum care services. Data were analyzed using SPSS software version 24 using chi-square method. Results: Some of the findings of the present study were as follows: There is a significant difference in referring to different types of care centers (gynecological clinics, heart clinics and health centers). Pregnant women are more likely to go to health centers. In the case of non-referral, the fear of the corona was even greater. There is a significant relationship between the number of referrals to care centers and blood pressure and the administration of blood pressure medication during discharge.en_US
