The cleft lip/palate is one of the most common congenital head and neck defects and multi-factor etiology, which is genetics and the environment, are involved in creating it. In order to judge the surgical quality of the patient with cleft lip/palate, the lipstick profile should be measured in terms of size and, consequently, determination of the severity of the pathology is on hand, Therefore, we decided to measure the standard lipometric measurements in patients with a complete unilateral cleft of lip and palate(UCLP)and evaluate them at the end of the surgery and find out the relationship between the size of the lip and nose variables. Materials and methods: This is prospective and descriptive-analytic study was performed on 20 UCLP patients (1.5 to 6 months) referring to the supervisor for surgery for 36 months. For each patient, the questionnaire has been completed. Results: Twenty patients 4 to 1.5 months old, which 9 of them were girls and 11 of them were boys, all of them have a unilateral clef lip/palate and 8 patients have clef lip in right side and 12 patients have clef lip in left side. According to the results obtained with a confidence of 0.95 and an error level of less than 0.05, it can be said that there is a significant relation between 3B and 10 A' B', so that by increasing 10 A'B', the amount of 5B decreases moderately. Conclusion: According to the results obtained, there is a relation between 5B and 10 A'B'. So the amount of 5B decreases moderately, by increasing the amount of 10 A'B'.en_US
