Given the importance of recognizing issues related to kidney transplant rejection and preventing such events, we decided to design and conduct a study. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the causes of premature kidney transplantation in transplant patients of Imam Reza Hospital in Tabriz in the last 10 years. Materials and methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, all kidney transplant recipients who have received a transplant over the past 10 years were included in the study. Using the patients' files, a compiled form of data collection from the records of transplant patients and donors of all completions and tests and follow-ups of patients recorded in the file were entered in the form. Required studies include age of donor and recipient, sex of donor and recipient, blood type and RH of donor and recipient, family-donor-recipient ratio (familial and non-familial), donor-recipient side, primary kidney disease, presence of concomitant disease in recipient, duration Dialysis, year of transplantation, duration of transplant survival, patient survival, complications (surgery and others). The results of the panel reactive antibody test result were also recorded. Data were entered into SPSS statistical analysis program and we analyzed the data. Results: In this study, 32 patients (5.28%) had acute transplant rejection. 53.1% were male and the mean age of kidney transplant patients was 42.12 years. The duration of kidney function after transplantation was 5.56 days. 34.4% of patients had transplanted kidney function and efficiency between 72 hours to one week after transplantation. In this study, tissue resection was observed in 31.3%, vascular thrombosis and subacute resection in 21.8% of patients. And nephrectomy was performed in 41% of patients.en_US
