Early identification of stroke patients in the emergency department and faster determination of the treatment process of these patients reduces the complications and length of stay in the emergency department and consequently decreases the medical costs and hospital costs of the emergency room. Therefore, we decided to design a study to investigate the therapeutic process and golden times of stroke patients receiving thrombolytic therapy in Imam Reza Educational Center in Tabriz. Materials and Methods: All patients admitted to Tabriz Emam Reza Emergency Hospital who were diagnosed with stroke during 1397 and had thrombolytic indication were enrolled. Exclusion criteria: underlying malignancy, having trauma, referring to any cause except for stroke symptoms, or patient's or guardian's consent to receive thrombolytic therapy. For all patients studied, the required information including age, sex, duration of hospitalization, time to onset of admission, CT scan, thrombolytic therapy, outcome of discharge, hospitalization, or death Tissue plasminogen activator therapy (TPA) will be recorded for patients. All information will be extracted from the Stroke Registry of the Neuroscience Research Center. Results: The study included 140 patients with mean age (59-75.75: 25% -75%) 66.19 ± 12.68 years with a median age of 67.5 years and a mean age of 73 years with a minimum age of 34 years and maximum Of these patients, 82 (58.6%) were male and 58 (41.4%) were female. The mean interval between admissions to the start of thrombolytic injection was 54.49 ± 27.42 minutes, with a median of 51 with 60 min and 17 min with a maximum of 218 min.en_US
