The questionnaire was completed for all individuals after surgery, and high-risk individuals were referred for additional diagnoses such as the dimer test and Doppler ultrasound. The results were analyzed by Chi-square statistical tests, accurate Fisher's independent test with a significance level of less than five percent in SPSS software. Results: The incidence of DVT clinical symptoms in patients receiving general anesthesia was 17.14% and in patients receiving spinal anesthesia was 22.85%. General anesthesia was (P = 0.103); However, the prevalence of this complication after Doppler ultrasound was zero in both groupsen_US
