Aphasia due to stroke is one of the relatively common complications that can complicate the treatment process. One of the rehabilitation methods for these patients is speech therapy. The results of speech therapy in post-stroke patients may be promising and may help accelerate treatment in these patients. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of speech therapy on improving the speech function of patients with Broca's aphasia due to ischemic stroke. Materials and Methods: This study is a clinical trial that was performed during the year 1400 with the participation of 10 patients after stroke admitted to the stroke ward of Imam Reza Hospital (Tabriz Medical Sciences). Finally, the relevant test was used again to evaluate the effects of the intervention. Results: The results showed that after the intervention in the subscales of the instruments used, it showed that there was a significant improvement in all subscales (P <0.05) except the judgment subscale. A grammar in Azeri language that was without statistically significant difference between two different intervention times (P <0.05).en_US
