dc.description.abstract | In the last days of December 2019, a new virus called COVID-19 was first identified in the city of Wuhan in China, the disease caused by which had flu-like symptoms and became known as Covid-19 disease.
Goal:
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the health protocol for the prevention of Covid-19 disease in pharmacies in Tabriz in 1399.
Materials and Methods:
This descriptive-analytical study was performed cross-sectionally on 100 active pharmacies in Tabriz in the fall of 1399.
The questions of the questionnaire were first designed and compiled using the "Guide to the second step of the fight against Covid-19 and social distancing in pharmacies" and then the validity of the questions was determined by the experienced professors of the faculty.
In order to check the reliability, 20 technical managers of pharmacies in Tabriz completed the questionnaire two weeks apart.
After collecting the forms of the target group, the results were summarized and the obtained data were expressed with descriptive statistics such as Mean ± SD and percentage and frequency. Finally, the results were analyzed using 2013 Excel and SPSS ver.21 software.
findings:
The present study showed that Tabriz pharmacies in various aspects, including pharmacists and other pharmacy staff awareness of the health protocol of Covid-19 disease, social distance in pharmacies, screening, care and rehabilitation, environmental and occupational health control measures have better performance than the other parts studied.
Conclusion:
The present study showed that the awareness of technical managers and founders of pharmacies, as well as information through social networks and national media play an important role in the observance of health protocols by pharmacy staff and pharmacy visitors. | en_US |
