The aim of this study was to compare the thickness of the choroid before and after absorption of subretinal fluid in the affected eye and healthy eye to evaluate the response to appropriate treatment in this disease. Materials & Method: Choroid thickness in patients in the acute phase after absorption of subretinal fluid in the affected eye and healthy eye is measured by EDI_OCT device and the difference in choroid thickness is studied. 37 patients with CSCR are included in the study. Patients are routinely treated with propranolol or eplerenone tablets and if the fluid is not absorbed within 3 months, the patient will be excluded from the study. Results: During our study, choroid thickness was measured before treatment and after subretinal fluid absorption in both affected and healthy eyes of patients with CSCR. During the measurements the thichness of the choroid was increased in both eyes. It was more increased in the affected eye and after absorbing subretinal fluid, the choroid thickness in both eyes decreased, which was more in the affected eye, and the choroid thickness in both eyes was statistically significant at the end of the study.en_US
