Hypoxy (low level of oxygen) is a non-physiological level of oxygen pressure and it is a common phenomenon in most tumors and from different way such as unusual angiogenesise lead to tumor progression . cancer cells such as prostate cancer cells has different mechanism for tumor progression through angiogenesise that one of these mechanisms is the secretion of exosmoe containing oncogenic factors and effective mRNAs in expressing these factors .exosomes are secreted from most cells and are intercellular communication mechanisms .cancer cells also use exosomes for further expansion and in hypoxia, exosome secretion increases and its contect will be different. Methods: Human prostate cancer cell lines including PC3, DU145 were cultured in complete RPMI-16. Cells were treated for 24 hours with CoCl2. Exosomes were collected from PC3 and DU145 prostate cancer cells after treatment.human endothelial cell line (HUVEC cultured in complete RPMI-1640) and were treated with exosomes drived of PC3 and DU145 cell lines for MTT test and this Cells were harvested, and RNA extraction and cDNA synthesis were performed from cells and exosomes using standard methods. Expression levels of miRNAs and their pro-angiogenic target genes were analyzed using quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). Result: We observed a increase in the proliferation and migration also expression of pro-angiogenic genes including HIF1-α, VEGF and observed a decrease in the expression of anti-angiogenic mRNAs include mir-16 and mir433 in HUVEC cells after treatead with treated with exosomes drived of prostate cancer cell lines especially exosomes that drived of hypoxic codition .en_US
