Abstract
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers that affects 1 in 8 women during their lifetime. There are differences in research on factors and other characteristics of breast cancer. One of these biomarkers is ER, PR, Ki-67, P53 and HER2. In this study, we intend to investigate the relationship between each of these factors and breast cancer metastasis. Method: 702 patients were included in the study. Patients' information including age, tumor location, type of breast cancer, tumor size, number of lymph nodes involved, presence of LVI and PNI, presence of metastasis and location of each, as well as oncological biomarkers ER, PR, Ki-67, P53 and HER2 from files and files. Was examined. Results: The only significant finding in this study was the relationship between HER2 and LVI. The relationship between other factors and breast cancer metastasis was not statistically significant. Also, the age difference between patients with different metastases was examined, which was not significant. In addition, the characteristics of breast cancer in the subjects and their relationship to the presence of metastases in patients were examined, but in this case, too, no significant difference was found.
