Heel tumors are the most common in the fourth stage of life. The most common surgical method for these tumors is surreal flap. Extensive use of the oral flap in the reconstruction of lesions in the distal part of the leg, ankle and heel is a method used in most patients; Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the results of biennial flap surgery exclusively in patients with heel tumors between 1993 and 1998 in Imam Reza (AS) Hospital in Tabriz. Materials and Methods: This study is a case study that was performed during the period from the beginning of 1398 to the beginning of 1400 in Imam Reza Hospital in Tabriz. Ten patients with malignant heel tumors who were candidates for surreal flap surgery were included in the study by census sampling. Demographic information, pathological information, short-term and long-term surgical treatment results, and duration of return to work were completed for each patient Results: Postoperative infection was the most common short-term postoperative complication. Total flap loss, suture removal, and superficial epidermolysis were not observed in one patient's hip; Also, there were no statistically significant differences in the complication in two different surgical methods (single stage procedure and procedure delay). The problem of wearing shoes was observed as the most common long-term complication in four patients, two of whom underwent procedure delay and two underwent single stage procedure; Long-term complications were significantly higher in patients who underwent procedure delay procedure than in patients who underwent single stage procedure.en_US
