The aim of this study was to compare two types of philadelphia and Miami Clare, which if Clary Miami could have less negative impact on lung volume and patient ventilation, could be replaced by Philadelphia Clare. Therefore, the aim of this study, based on previous studies, is to evaluate the effect of cervical collar type on respiratory volumes, exhaled carbon dioxide. Methods: In this study, 80 volunteers who entered the study consciously and after reading the consent were read. Candidates were free to leave the study at any stage they wished and did not wish to pursue. The patient was then breathed in with a spirometer, and expired carbon dioxide was expelled with a capnograph. Then, to prevent the distortion variable, the psychological effect of the type of clearance at the beginning of the work was closed for 40 volunteers of Philadelphia cleavage, and after half an hour, the respiratory volume was taken again with a spirometer and carbon dioxide was expelled by capnography. The Philadelphia Clare was then opened and rested for half an hour, and the Miami Clare was closed again, and after half an hour the respiratory volume was taken with a spirometer and the exhaled carbon dioxide was expelled with a capnograph. For 40 volunteers, the Miami clarinet is first closed, and after half an hour, the respiratory volume is taken again with a spirometer, and the exhaled carbon dioxide is expelled with a capnograph. The Miami cervical collar was then opened and rested for half an hour, and the Philadelphia cleaver was closed again. In this study, 80 volunteers who had the criteria to enter the study entered the study, which according to the statistical method of Kolmogorov-Samirinov follows the normal distribution (pv = 0.200). The average age of the volunteers was 48.34 35 35.35 years (45.65 - 65.05% CI 95%;). Of these volunteers, 66 were males (82.5%) and 14 were females (17.5%). . Philadelphia Clare significantly reduces FEV1, PEF, and FEV1 / FVC, but has no effect on FVC as well as ETCO2. But in the case of FEF 25-75, it makes a significant reduction, but it seems to be more reliable as the number increases. Closing the Miami Clare significantly reduces FEV1, PEF, FEV1 / FVC, but has no effect on FVC, FEF 25-75, and ETCO2. There is no significant difference between pulmonary volume, lung capacity and carbon dioxide in Philadelphia neck clarity and Miami cervical clarity.en_US
