Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is one of the most common disorders in childhood and adolescence, which is 20% associated with a chronic tic disorder. Stimulant therapy (Ritalin) aggravates the tic and complicates the treatment process. The aim of this study was to Comparison of combination therapy with Atomoxetine and Aripiprazole with combination of Atomoxetine and Haloperidol in children and adolescents with comorbid Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Tic disorders. Materials and methods: The study is a clinical trial and the statistical population includes children with ADHD with tic comorbidity. Forty children aged 6-18 years were randomly divided into two treatment groups according to DSM-5 criteria, KSADS interview and psychiatric diagnosis. Samples were evaluated before and after the two-month intervention with the Connors Parent Questionnaire and the general Tick Yale severity scale. Data were analyzed in SPSS 21 software (P-Value≤ 0.05). Results: In the Two groups, the indicators of motor tics were pink, the overall estimate of the disorder and the severity of the tics, were significantly lower than before treatment. In both groups, the indices of total hyperactivity, hyperactivity, inattention/ cognition, impulsivity/ disobedience of Connors were significantly reduced compared to before treatment. Comparison of the two groups after the intervention showed that the total hyperactivity and hyperactivity scores were significantly different from each other, with the most changes and decreases in the Atomoxetine and Aripiprazole group.en_US
